As part of Apple’s Marcom Interactive team, I designed and prototyped customer-facing experiences across digital commerce and physical retail.
My work included new e-commerce concepts for the Apple Store app, physical-digital experiences inside Apple Stores, and explorations for new interactive channels. I worked across information architecture, UX strategy, and prototyping to explore how digital interactions could extend the broader Apple retail experience.
