I led a redesign of Mercury Bill Pay after identifying that the existing product was difficult to discover and disconnected from how customers thought about sending money.
I helped consolidate Bill Pay into Mercury’s core Send Money experience, simplifying the workflow while preserving the complexity required for business payments. The redesign brought Bill Pay into the broader money movement experience and made the product easier to discover and use.
