As part of the Expansion team, I led design for Invoicing from concept through launch. I shaped the product vision, core workflows, and strategy alongside Product and Engineering, turning an early idea into a new product used by thousands of businesses. As the product scaled, I continued evolving the experience and underlying system, balancing customer needs, operational complexity, and opportunities for growth.
