I led design for custom roles and permissions at Mercury, starting with fragmented access-control problems that had accumulated across the product. I worked across Product, Engineering, and leadership to define a more scalable model for how businesses manage users and access. The work helped turn permissions from a feature-level problem into a more scalable model for how businesses manage users and access across Mercury.
