At fuseproject, I worked with Samsung Robotics on an early concept for at-home fitness technology. Building on existing research, I helped translate a broad opportunity into target users, hero moments, product features, and an end-to-end service experience. This work is confidential, so I’ve shared only high-level context. Additional detail available upon request.
