At fuseproject, I worked with Visa to explore how technology could reshape the office experience as companies adapted to hybrid work. I synthesized research into a set of opportunity areas spanning everyday logistics, collaboration, and new workplace experiences, then helped translate those ideas into concepts that executives could evaluate and prioritize. The work combined product strategy, service design, and prototyping to help Visa envision a more technology-enabled workplace.
